Community Care Circle – Nervous System Awareness

Join us in building RESILIENCE through NERVOUS SYSTEM AWARENESS. On Thursday April 2nd, we will be learning and discussing some aspects of the nervous system, and exploring some techniques for self-regulation and co-regulation.
The Community Care Circle is a free bi-weekly drop-in peer-support group that aims to create a safe space for UVic students and community members of all genders to come together and share, learn, advocate for change, and build a culture of care within the community.
AVP is a survivor-centred and survivor-led organization, this encompasses all our programming and services.
