Community Care Circle: Self-Regulation through Colouring and Fidget Toy Making with SSD
December 1 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
For our last care Circle of the semester, AVP and the Society for Students with a Disability are teaming up to discuss self-regulation and teach you how to make your own fidget toys. We hope that through this Care Circle, you will learn the skills and take home a craft that helps increase regulation and concentration for the upcoming exam season. Craft supplies will be provided.
The Community Care Circle is a free weekly, drop-in event that aims to create a space for UVic students to build community. Through events such as craft, workshops, or skills building, we want you to be able to come together to share, learn, connect, advocate for change, and build a culture of care. All are welcome!
