Members of our communities with various identities and experiences have been invited to speak at this year’s Transgender Day of Remembrance. Through sharing our stories, we hope to raise awareness and broaden understanding about the marginalization of gender-variant people, to celebrate the lives that have been lost, and to fight back against a culture rooted in systemic violence and oppression. Please join us.
After the ceremony will be an open mic. Performances are encouraged. Sign up early in the evening. Looking forward to seeing you there.
Email with questions, concerns or to speak to our media contact.
