We’re hiring a new Education Coordinator to join our fabulous team! It’s a 20 hour a week position that pays $24.39/hr plus vacation pay, has a pay increase each year, and sweet benefits like medical/dental coverage.
The “education” in this job refers to working with students, faculty, staff, and other community members to build and share knowledge of (and ways of resisting and pushing back on) gender-based violence, settler colonization and other systemic oppressions. This includes providing our two regular workshops on understanding consent culture and supporting survivors, as well as developing and providing curriculum on other related subjects as needed or decided upon. We’re ideally looking for someone to start July 16th in order to have lots of time to train with the outgoing coordinator, but we’re flexible with the start date.
