This document outlines the work that AVP undertook from May 2022 to April 2023. The report provides an overview of our role and lens as an organization, our team, support services, education and community collaboration, outreach, volunteer program, advocacy work, and finances.

The final section includes our reflections on this previous year, including a
discussion on areas for improvement, and a set of priorities for the year to come.

We are grateful to be able to share more about the work we do with our community, and want to thank all of the incredible volunteers, Advisory Collective members, collaborators, and staff who make this work possible. Most importantly, we want to thank and honour the survivors who have continued to make AVP what it is.
